PDF Compressor
Gets a PDF under a size limit, such as the 10 MB an upload form allows. You pick the limit, it finds the gentlest setting that fits and shows you a page of the finished file before you download it. Text, links and form fields stay as they are unless you choose to turn every page into an image.

Anything lighter than this turns white. Lower it to take out a grey paper background.
Anything darker than this turns black. Raise it to make faint text darker.
The same angle is applied to every page.
